About ML-Works.

Working for and with ML-Works means in the first place clarity for both employee and client.

With a lot of passion, the right knowledge of the market, clear communication and 24/7 availability we often make the difference. We realize that we work with and for people and that every situation requires a different approach.

By being selective, transparent and clear to candidates, we try to be just that little bit different. This way of working has allowed many companies and employees to find ML-Works.

We prefer not to use the standard texts that temporary employment agencies often use in their websites. We stick to agreements and do not make promises that are not feasible for us. Do not make it more difficult than it is that is how we think and act.

ML-Works is active in engineering, production, administration and logistics but in other sectors we also dare to stand our ground.

About us.

We are Michelle and Lana, we have been working together as real colleagues for four years now and together we are the proud owners of ML-Works B.V. Before Lana decided to stop working for a boss and start her own business we had been working together at the same company for quite some time and because of this we also socialized a lot in our private lives. As of September 1, 2023 Michelle has also joined ML Works and the two of us form a team again.

Lana is in charge of the financial side of ML-Works and Michelle, with her many years of experience in the temporary employment industry, takes care of the commercial side of things and is also responsible for the Safety system within the company.
