Our Client makes the powerful product that is used for many applications from medical sutures to nets for commercial fishing.

Will you start working as a Maintenance Field Planner-W for our client in the Parkstad region?

You will be responsible for fully preparing maintenance-related work requests. These must be carried out safely and in the most cost-efficient manner possible, within the requested delivery time. This taking into account:
  • Urgencies, corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance plans
  • Delivery times for materials and required technical support
  • Within the framework of applicable laws, regulations, policy statements, rules, procedures and security agreements
  • Create correct work permits and take care of any safety and risk analyses
Core responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the task plan is drawn up in such a way that the work can be carried out safely without losing sight of lead times and costs
  • Responsible for drawing up a correct work permit
  • Creating a safe working environment for implementation and company employees
  • Determining and ensuring the necessary approved work permits, in combination with the associated forms and documents
  • Evaluate jobs and adjust functional task plans/permits where necessary
  • Adding (additional) required drawings, diagrams and technical documentation to the work package
  • Organizing and drawing up a JSA for the safe execution of regular activities, projects or jobs
  • Checking the completeness and clarity of the received notification and verifying whether an existing, detailed work plan exists or whether warranty provisions apply and can be used
  • Checking the existing project or job scope for approach or current usability and adjusting the scope if necessary
  • Preparing cost calculations based on the most efficient use of services and goods
  • Drawing up scopes and preconditions for requested services and specifications for required materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers when and which project or job will be carried out and where and checking this
  • the installations through a flexible attitude towards working hours, within the framework of the Working Hours Act in relation to company interests
  • Provide feedback on both positive and improvement points, within and outside your team
What do we ask?

  • MBO in professional discipline (WEB level 4)
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with SAP-PM
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience with the IB&X permit system is an advantage
  • Process technical knowledge
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the availability of internal and external resources/specialties, including understanding and being able to apply framework agreements
  • Experience with projects/jobs approach and their development
  • Minimum work experience of 3-5 years as a work planner
  • You have a proactive attitude, a service-oriented work attitude, stress-resistant and good communication skills
  • You are a collegial team player with a hands-on mentality
