Operator dough - 3 shifts
Our client in the Sittard area is looking for an Operator dough.
It is the ambition of our client to introduce delicacies to more and more people all over the world. Today the delicacies are available in more than 60 countries worldwide.
What are you going to do?
- You are responsible for setting, monitoring and adjusting the entire process of a cluster of (semi-)automated 'stand-alone' process equipment on the baking lines from batter making, spraying to baking
- You take care of preparing, converting, starting up, setting, adjusting, cleaning and maintaining all equipment and materials in the workplace
- You are also responsible for making, reporting and justifying decisions regarding quality and food safety. You ensure a safe workplace and report imperfections
- You ensure the availability of materials and resources (raw materials, utilities and consumables)
- You register lot codes of product and raw materials
- You measure, weigh, arrange and record in accordance with instructional lists
- You ensure that all safety, hygiene and health and safety regulations are properly observed
- You contribute to a good and clean working environment
Who are you?
- You have an MBO 3/4 working and thinking level
- You are familiar with - and have no problems with - working a 3-shift schedule
- You have experience working in the food industry
- You are a true team player
- You are communicative and flexible
