HR Advisor (16-24 hours per week on average)
Job description:
The officer is responsible for the inflow, throughput and outflow of employees at executive and tactical level. He/she reports to the HR manager.
Responsibilities
- Together with an external payroll administrator, responsible for paying salaries
- Drawing up job profiles
- Consult with manager
- Recruiting Candidates Using Social Media
- Selecting candidates based on their CV
- Present suitable candidates to manager
- Guiding candidates during the application process
- Maintain contacts with various employment agencies/recruitment and selection agencies
- Responsible for complete personnel administration, including: -Drawing up, terminating and/or renewing employment contracts. -Explanation of employment conditions and circumstances. -Contact person for various external parties
- Preparing and/or drawing up reports
- Keeping up to date with relevant laws and regulations
Powers
- In case of disruptions, take action so that they can be resolved. Where necessary, warn the HR manager
Competencies
- Knowledge/expertise of human resources
- A completed HBO education in HR is required
- Experience with recruitment
- Accurate and communicative skills
- Other required competencies: Communication, conversation skills, initiative, integrity, prioritization, cooperation and independence
