Are you good at taking breakdowns and managing service technicians? Become a Service Coordinator of Technical Management at our Client.


A sampling of your duties:
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers when they experience a breakdown
  • You take care of fault reports. You process these into an order to the Service Technician and plan any follow-up work.
  • If necessary, you will also take care of ordering the materials
  • When the work is completed you process the work order so that an accurate invoice can be created

  • You have a (technical) education and relevant experience at MBO+ level
  • You enjoy working together in an ambitious team
  • You take pride in what you do and want to continue to improve your craftsmanship
  • Are you organizationally and communicatively strong? Because the importance of your projects comes first
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, results-oriented and super at planning
  • Are you well versed in working in ERP systems (preferably Navision)? Because properly handling malfunctions is essential for the proper operation of installations and keeping customers satisfied. You also have knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
