Role

As a shipping clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Handling incoming and outgoing shipments (loading and unloading);
• Processing logistics data in WMS systems such as SAP and Microsoft;
• Checking shipments and ensuring they are correctly and timely prepared for shipment;
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper administrative processing;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment;
• Working day shifts during the training period (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), followed by rotating shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:00 PM.

Job Requirements

• What do you bring to the table as a shipping clerk?
• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written;
• Experience in logistics or shipping is a plus;
• Familiarity with WMS systems such as SAP or Microsoft is a plus;
• Flexibility to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends;
• Willingness to work at both the main location in Sittard and the Chemelot site in Geleen.
