Due to expansion at our client, they are looking for a new Warehouse Assistant. You are someone who likes to roll up your sleeves. Your work in the warehouse is important so that the operational staff can go out with the right (auxiliary) tools to execute orders safely and correctly. It is therefore important that you are service-oriented, work neatly and comply with safety and quality standards.

You will work in a small team where you will work closely with colleagues from the Technical Department.

What are you going to do?
  • You are jointly responsible for managing the warehouse
  • Performance of issuing/collecting and checking goods/equipment
  • Cleaning, checking and, if necessary, repairing the returned material/equipment
  • Administrative work in the Materiel Issue System and in Ultimo, the system in which all inspections are recorded
  • Carrying out checks based on a checklist
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness
Who are you?
  • A motivated, flexible employee with an MBO working and thinking level
  • You have an affinity for computers and are administratively literate (or willing to be trained)
  • Physically fit for the job, due to the pushing, pulling and lifting required
  • Flexible in working hours or consignment where necessary
  • In possession of at least driving licence B and willing to obtain driving licence BE
  • Willingness to attend training courses in areas such as ADR, IMDG, PGS, VCA and forklift trucking
