As a Maintenance Mechanic W at our client in Heerlen, you're responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • With minimal guidance, you will complete preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance projects and demonstrate a proactive attitude to minimize equipment downtime and loss of production opportunities
  • You troubleshoot mechanical equipment, disassemble and examine equipment to locate and remove defective parts, and adjust, repair, or replace them
  • You ensure that maintenance work is carried out correctly in accordance with the instructions and EHS&S regulations and correct any deviations
  • You install and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • You think about improvements and provide advice to the engineers
  • You neatly record maintenance work in SAP and maintenance logs
What are you bringing?
  • Minimum MBO mechanical engineering level 3
  • At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician
  • Knowledge of safety (SHE) and experience with SAP PM is a plus
  • You are a go-getter
