For one of our clients in Geleen, we are looking for an accurate and proactive Project Administration & Invoicing Employee.
Our client is a specialized infrastructure company that is on standby 24 hours a day to resolve malfunctions and emergencies in underground infrastructure. With long-term contracts throughout Limburg, they support clients such as Enexis and WML in resolving power outages, gas leaks, water leaks, and other urgent malfunctions.
The employees ensure that problems are handled quickly, safely, and professionally, so that residents and businesses experience minimal disruption and can have access to electricity, gas, and water again as soon as possible.

What are you going to do?
- As a Project Administration & Invoicing Employee, you are responsible for the correct administrative handling of projects and activities. You ensure that all data is processed in a timely and accurate manner and provide support where necessary
- Processing and managing project records;
- Preparing, checking, and processing invoices;
- Monitoring administrative processes and deadlines;
- Registering and processing project data;
- Assisting with reports and overviews;
- Support the planners during emergencies and breakdowns if necessary;
- Maintain contact with internal departments and clients regarding administrative matters.
What do we ask
- MBO working and thinking level;
- Experience with administrative tasks and invoicing;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Accurate and structured work attitude;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexibility and the ability to switch gears quickly;
- Experience within the infrastructure, construction, or technical sector is a plus.
