Our client produces high-quality food products in Limburg. They supply their products to importers, distributors, and wholesalers throughout Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.

As a maintenance technician, you are part of the technical department. You are responsible for coordinating and carrying out the maintenance of the machines, tools and buildings. We are looking for someone with MBO working and thinking level who feels (partly) responsible for the proper functioning of the technische service, so do you have knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and mechanics and are you looking for a new challenge? This is what your working day looks like

If there is no acute maintenance that requires your immediate attention, the day starts with a nice cup of coffee. Then you get started with preventive maintenance based on the maintenance intervals and you solve the common malfunctions in the technical installations that pass by during the day. You will also supervise any external technicians. You report and process all work done correctly and indicate which materials you have written off. In between, you and your colleagues take a break in the shared canteen, where you talk about the weekend. After that, you focus on the work that needs to be done with regard to building management. As the workday nears its end dive into the warehouse where you maintain and tidy up the tools and other work equipment. Before you go home, you will have contact with the Technical Manager.
