As an operator for our client, you play a crucial role in their success story.

As an operator for our client, you can work on different machines, such as the print coater or the sheeter. Your working day starts with putting on your work clothes and attending the daily briefing. Here you will hear which machine you will be working on that day and which employee you will be linked to. Then you go to the shop floor and
you start preparing for production. This can be, for example, feeding large rolls of paper or selecting the right colours on our mixing computer for the ink. You will work under the guidance of an experienced operator or learn step by step how to do this independently. During production, you monitor the quality of het product,  For neat stacks at the sheeter or monitoring the print quality at the print coater. In the event of malfunctions, you switch quickly and try to solve them yourself, but if it takes longer, you call in an experienced operator to solve the problem. After production, you take care of the administrative processing by reducing the amount of ink used, hours and material into the system. You also make sure that the workplace is clean and tidy for the next shift.
