Come and work for the market leader in aluminium coil coating.
As an Operator on one of the coil coating lines, including the only line in Europe capable of coating wide coils up to 2,630 mm. In this role, you will set up the line, monitor the process and ensure that every product meets customer requirements. Your responsibilities
You start by preparing the line thoroughly. This involves gathering and checking all the necessary materials in advance, such as coils, paints and films. You also read work orders and technical instructions carefully and translate these into the correct machine settings. You then fine-tune the coating process precisely to the customer’s specifications.
During the process, you keep a close eye on safety, quality and quantity. You carry out continuous measurements, record the data accurately and identify deviations in good time. If necessary, you intervene immediately to prevent downtime or breakdowns. You work with various raw materials and adjust the parameters when the situation requires it.
You maintain equipment and resolve simple faults independently. You also have experience with mechanical and electrical processes and work in a structured manner. You always ensure a safe and tidy workplace (5S) and act in accordance with the applicable safety regulations.
Through internal training and assessments, you will become versatile across the entire coating process. You will work in fixed shifts with experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge with you.
