As a packaging machine operator, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, from filling and packaging products to preparing pallets for shipment. Do you already have experience as an operator? Then you definitely have an edge! A varied role in which precision, responsibility, and teamwork are key.

As an operator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Operating the packaging machine to fill 25 kg bags with plastic pellets;
• Monitoring the packaging process and ensuring the final product is ready for distribution correctly and on time;
• Supervising the automated process and applying protective covers;
• Moving completed pallets to the warehouse using a forklift;
• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions on the packaging line;
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment;
• Working in two shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (morning shift) and 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (afternoon shift), with potential for expansion in the future and a shift differential.

Job Requirements

• Safety is always your top priority, both for yourself and your colleagues;
• You have technical insight and can troubleshoot issues independently;
• Experience with packaging or production machinery is a plus;
• You hold a forklift certification;
