As an Operator, you will:

• Operate, set up, and monitor the production lines;
• Identify and resolve minor malfunctions;
• Conduct quality checks and report deviations;
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency;
• Record production data and assist with reporting.

Job Requirements:

• To be eligible for this position as an Operator, you must have the following:
• MBO-3 level of work and thinking;
• At least 1 year of experience as an operator in a production environment;
• An eye for quality, safety, and efficiency;
• A proactive, independent work ethic and a true team player;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation (Mon–Fri) with adjusted hours on Fridays.

What you can expect:

• An attractive monthly salary between €2,998 and €3,455, depending on experience;
• A 20% shift allowance on top of your salary (an additional €600–€691 gross per month);
• 8% vacation pay;
• Adjusted shift times on Fridays: afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM;
