As a work planner at our client, you are responsible for fully preparing maintenance activities, ensuring that they are carried out safely and efficiently. You work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all materials and technical support are available on time. A typical day includes drawing up work permits, performing risk analyses and managing work plans to achieve operational objectives.

What are you going to do
  • Prepare and schedule maintenance activities in accordance with emergency and preventive maintenance plans
  • Drafting and managing work permits, including safety and risk analyses
  • Evaluate and adjust functional task plans and permits
  • Organizing and drawing up JSAs for safe project execution
  • Checking and adjusting project scopes and cost calculations
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure execution of maintenance plans
  • Supporting maximum availability of installations through flexible working hours within the framework of the Working Hours Act
  • Adhere to the APM values ​​and demonstrate exemplary behavior within and outside the organization
  • Provide feedback on positive and improvement points within and outside the team

What we ask
  • MBO in professional discipline (WTB level 4)
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience as a work planner
  • Sound knowledge of SAP-PM and preferably IB&X permit system
  • Process technical knowledge and experience with project approach
